This year’s Eco gathering will take place in the beautiful setting of Green Apple within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
When: The Main event is from Friday, July 26 to Monday July 30 and you are welcome to stay on until Friday, August 2, 2019.
While this is an event for all ages, it particularly belongs to young people and their concerns about the future of the earth. Parents/guardians are responsible for those under 16 years of age. Funding has been applied for to allow the gathering to be FREE to all individuals attending. A decision will be known before the start of the gathering, and should it be that funding is not available, then voluntary contributions would apply.
There is plenty of camping space in the meadow, so bring your own tent, food, stove and cooking utensils, and waterproof clothing. Fresh eggs and vegetables are usually available for sale on site. During the week there will be some communal meals cooked around the fire.
There is a wood heated shower and compost toilet with disability access, other facilities include four acres of pasture and orchard to enjoy plus a large twin-span polytunnel for all weather gatherings.
We are near the banks of the River Cleddau with beautiful woodland walks and wild swimming just a short walk from the site.
Green Apple is situated five miles from the coast with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. On a cloudless night there is no artificial light to obscure your view of the Milky Way.
